The time to change the team is now!

Along with many other fans I wasn't angry about relegation, let's face it we were going down it was a question of when; I was disappointed at the players that yet again didn't seem to care what happened. And there lies the problem!

Time to start getting ready for life in the Championship is the next home game against Arsenal; give the youth a chance to gain some experience against the top sides. Let's face it, if they lose it's not like it's going to affect our postion in the table!

The news about Warren Farm is great and a highlight of what's been a nightmare season and Phillip Beard and the board are always saying that the future of the club is in the youth; so let's see a few of them in the team for Saturday night!

Mo Shariff in action for the elite side against Brentford

Many of the youth players went out to clubs in League One and Two and from all accounts they all did very well. So surely the next step up is a place on the bench or even a starting berth?

Arsenal won't be coming to Loftus Road to take it easy; they want Champions League football! Michael Harriman picked up a man of the match award while on loan at Wycombe Wanderers and every report I read about him was a positive one. Put him in the team on Saturday Harry!

Bruno Andrade was also at Wycombe and some great write ups about him as well. Mo Shariff is a hungry midfielder with a sweet left foot. Michael Doughty and Max Ehmer look more than ready for the next challange.

Steve Gallen and Marc Bircham have done a very good job this season; they both know what it means to wear the QPR top and they have told the younger players that.

As I have said before, what harm can it do?
