Not earning your Spurs‏

Due to injuries and suspensions the team had a different look to it against Blackpool; I'm still unsure on the tactics and so it seemed were the players.
Playing five at the back and a holding defensive midfielder; with respect it's Blackpool not Barcelona!
We all know the injury situation but there was one recall I didn't understand; BAE.
Harry Redknapp said when he got him on loan, "He's the best left back in the Premiership,"
He might be that in the Premiership but the Championship is totally different!
I don't understand why he can't go past players when he has the ball?
If the system suited any player yesterday it was Benny who had the freedom to run with Hill backing him up; he looked lost if I'm honest.

The person I feel for is Yun; from man of the match against Boro to the bench and for no good reason.
Another loanee from North London is Tom Carroll; who obviously did ballet before taking up football!
He put in a great shift against Wigan but was a different player against Blackpool. Going round in circles, passes astray, a chance to shoot and passes it backwards and Spurs say he's a future England star! A long long way to go for that.
The tactics were due to injuries but the formation confused both the fans and more importantly the players; if in doubt stick to the basics.
We looked a half decent side in the second half but by then we'd gone back to a four four two, at least I think we had.
Keane and Zamora together up front? I suppose it was worth a try but sadly it didn't come off.
In this day and age in football it's vital you have an in depth squad; from yesterdays show, clearly we haven't.
On a positive note it was great to see Danny Simpson back and Hoilett took his goal well.
I'll be visiting Bournemouth next week for the first time I just hope we play the tactics right; at least some players will be back.
Nine points behind Burnley with seven games to go; play offs it is then.
